01
Thinking
Understanding the systems that help people and organisations thrive.
I examine how systems, incentives and governance shape behaviour—and what becomes possible when we redesign them.
Across organisations, artificial intelligence and society, my work asks how we create environments where people understand one another, contribute their strengths and thrive together.
What assumptions, incentives and governance are shaping behaviour—and what becomes possible when we redesign them?
Whether I'm working with organisations, writing about artificial intelligence, researching relationships or examining institutions, I'm looking for the same thing:
How do we create environments where people better understand one another, contribute their strengths, and thrive together?
Three forces
Behaviour becomes understandable when you understand why.
Three forces recur across every project. Together, they explain how behaviour is shaped—and where change becomes possible.
02
Incentives matter.
03
Governance matters.
Applied Thinking
Ideas become useful when they survive contact with reality.
Three domains where the same questions about systems, incentives and governance shape day-to-day decisions.

One Man's Legacy of Destruction
In progress · 2026
At a time when 'traditional family values' are again being romanticised online, this book examines what those ideals looked like inside one Australian family across three generations.
What began in early 2025 as a co-founder challenge to create a substantial original asset for an AI relationship platform became, within months, an 84,000-word memoir and investigation into domestic violence, power and the systems shaping intimate relationships.
Before we celebrate the past, we should understand the lives lived inside it.
